Prices
The prices of the products are valid at the time of order. All prices are wholesale exclusive of VAT, and they include a return fee for packaging disposal, unless stated otherwise in the notice. Prices do not include shipment and special packaging, or gift wrapping. Delivery cost is calculated automatically before submitting the order. The prices are EXW Bolfan Vinski Vrh, Hraščina.
Methods of payment
The ordered goods can be paid online by credit cards, money transfer (Internet banking) or advance payment by payment order. In order to dispatch the goods, you must send us the copy of the payment slip or deposit slip by fax or e-mail.
Transport and delivery
The goods are packed in boxes adapted for transport, holding 2 or 6 bottles. Please, plan your order in the corresponding quantity per box (an even number). The minimum order is HRK 200.00 exclusive of VAT. We deliver the goods by courier service or own transport to all addresses in the Republic of Croatia, except for islands where delivery is specially arranged. Shipment is calculated automatically, depending on the weight of package and place of delivery. Delivery of orders exceeding HRK 400.00 exclusive of VAT is free of charge.
Damage in transport
All goods are shipped in specially reinforced packaging reducing the risk of damage.
