The goal is just the opposite of the goal of artificial manipulation and adding artificial aromas, the goal is honesty - naturalness.
Not losing this goal out of sight, comparing our own results with the results of others, always trying to get more, more beautiful and better - this is the motivation that inspires.
These wines have deserve the attention that they get, of course. These process of production and care for wine is inspiration we find in harmony with nature as well as enjoyment in life.

Bolfan flavours represent a challenge for the production that the nature makes possible with the locations of high quality where the vineyards are situated.
Bolfan flavours range from light and fresh wines of the Bolfan and BOLFAN line, all the way to the great wines of the PRIMUS and PAIDIA lines.
The character of Bolfan wines is made possible by the production which is in harmony with nature, manual cultivation of the vineyard and the care for improving the soil, as well as by the richness that derives from the inherited mineral characteristics of the layers in our soil.
The flavours of Bolfan wines are recognised and chosen according to the occasions in which we wish to enjoy them. Each occasion requires a different decoration, atmosphere, feelings, amount of play...

Bolfan (youth ~ freshness)
Bolfan is the lightest line with pronounced fruity smells and aromas; it is low in alcohol and possesses a distinctive freshness. It is intended for larger crowds at a barbecue, celebrations of various anniversaries, weddings and birthdays.
BOLFAN (freedom ~ mystical)
Bolfan flavour is a fresh line, full of varietal aromas and fragrances, crisp, with exuberant acids and an mystical quality. They enjoyed company, naturally accompanied by good quality wine
PRIMUS (strenght ~ fragrance)
In Old Latin the word Primus means - the first among equals. This person has some special responsibilities, tasks, this person dictates, opens discussions, takes notes, people listen to what he is saying. When it comes to our wines, Primus represents wines that are stronger and more corpulent and that have a higher percentage of alcohol 14-16%. Its nasal flavour more long-lasting, aromas are richer, more rounded, the wine is softer on the tongue.
PAIDIA (play ~ passion)
Paidia or unstructured play without beginning and end. From the very beginning of this wine’s creation, the sun, weather, rain, and sometimes snow were playing with the grape cluster. Then it came our turn to play with it, people who cultivate it, winemakers and wine experts. We were hoping for something special, different, successful growing up and transition to more serious wines intended for special moments, the play of senses, surprising pleasures. Finally, when you drink this wine you experience irresistible adventure, play without any boundaries, passion, dedication, excitement...
